‘Francesca came highly recommended at the gym I was attending then. My goal was simply to start doing exercise as part of a healthy life style change (since I hit 30!) as well as to lose some weight. I am extremely pleased with having her as my personal trainer. She is very flexible and tries her best to meet my needs as a working mother (i.e. when and where to meet etc) - we now meet at my home at regular intervals and that has definitely helped me keep up with my workout routine.

When I first met Francesca in March 2007, I hadn't done any form of exercise for the last 13 years. She was very good at understanding what I needed and tailored a workout programme suitable for my needs and level. She draws the right balance of pushing me to my limits but at the same time she is also very practical and realistic about my achievements. ‘I'd been going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week which also included a spin class once a week. Unfortunately, I found that I was actually gaining weight instead of losing it. My goal was only to lose half a stone but all my efforts seemed in vain.

After teaming up with Francesca, she uncovered my horrendous eating habit and gave me guidance on how to improve my lifestyle with alternative foods. Also how to combine various workouts to target my problem areas and also make it extremely enjoyable. I love it so much, I started going to the gym 5 days a week without a second thought.
