Francesca is a highly passionate trainer dedicated to improving the health and well being of others. She has acquired a wealth of knowledge and over a decade’s experience in the fitness industry, achieving a substantial client list including celebrities, business executives, new mums, athletes and gym members. Past and current clients include Shola Ama, former England Cricket Captain Chris Cowdrey, Setanta Sports Broadcaster Rhodri Williams and Sky Sports News Presenter Hayley McQueen. Her specialities include kettlebell training and sports massage.
