She began practicing yoga herself 8 years ago and loved how it complemented sports specific and strength training but also started recommending it to all her clients experiencing stress and adrenal fatigue. In 2013, Fran’s thirst for knowledge took her to India, to learn more about the science and philosophy behind yoga. She completed her 200hour Yoga Teacher Training and is incorporating her teachings to her private clients combining her knowledge of human movement, soft tissue release and muscle activation bodywork.
As a highly skilled Manual Therapist and Fitness & Lifestyle Coach, Fran is very hands on with her clients and skilled at addressing and correcting muscular imbalances. Fran trains regularly in the Brazilian Martial Arts Capoeira, trains for obstacle race events and practices yoga to complement her training and find balance in life.
She specialises in working with men who are experiencing muscle tightness and those wishing to improve their athleticism and fluidity in movement.
